Abrasive Disc Brush Osborn’s ATB Uni-Lok Quick Change Brushes feature a permanently mounted ¼” shank for quick, convenient attachment to CNC machines, automatic equipment, portable tools, and robotic cells.

Quick Change Brush The unique composite design allows for “touching” of surrounding raised surfaces without harming the part or the brush. Designed and tested for longevity and uniformity.

120 Grit Brush These small diameter brushes feature premium-quality nylon filament with choice of Round Crimped Silicon Carbide or Round Ceramic abrasive to serve a variety of deburring needs.

Applications This silicon carbide brush is great for deburring and edge radiusing space restricted and recessed areas, larger bosses on cylinder heads, sensor ports on turbine engine cases and larger pockets in turbine engine combustion cases.

I build handcrafted log homes and have found the Sait abrasive brushes to be one of the best log preparation and finishing tools we have. They are very effective in cleaning the surface of the logs for the final finish products. We also use them to prepare roughsawn material so that we remove just a bit of the roughness left by the bandsaw. It makes for a pleasing, rustic finish that is nice to touch. I like the fact that you can find these in various grits. Sait has a very good reputation for abrasive grinding disks that we also use. We have used both the Sait and Osborn brand brushes and they all perform well. The key is to use something like a Makita 7" variable speed buffer polisher at a moderate speed and very little pressure on the brushes. This way they last longer and they work just as well this well as they might if you ran them at a high speed or by bearing down on them.
