I'm a beginner, but I can really appreciate what the large round tip and natural fibers can do and how they outperform the synthetics I have.I like this for gold leafing. Doesn't shed for me.These work better than trying to use just any brush, but they don't pick up the gold leaf as well as I hoped.This brush shed way too many hairs to be useful.Very good quality brush, but very soft for my liking.... It has a mop type of feeling to it, but good enough for blending...Works great, perfect qualityI don't get it. I don't know why this brush is marketed for gilding. It's too soft for this purposeMy best brushes for gilding are stronger and way less money.very goodPoor material. Bristles came out with first use.
